NOTE: 1) Please read the payment instructions below; choose your payment choice and submit. 2) Please include a copy of your registration form if paying by cash or check. 3)Early Registration payment must be postmarked or received by June 15th in order to receive the Early Bird Special. 4) If registering between June 16 – July 6, payments must be postmarked or received by July 6th in order to receive the rate of $15 per class. 5)If registering between July 7 – July 26 the rate is $20 per class.
If your organization is covering the expenses for multiple students attending, please follow these instructions: 1) CASH PAYMENT: Drop Off your payment and registration form(s) at CLLC, 510 Luther Drive, Georgetown, Tx 78628. 2) CHECK PAYMENT: Include a copy of each attendee’s registration form(s) and total amount due with your check. 3) CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENT: Complete a separate registration form for each individual, then proceed to the online payment link to submit the total payment for all attendees. Include a list of names and the corresponding amount due for each individual in the Organization Paying for the Class & Attendee Names section. 4) ATTENDEE NOTE: Each individual must complete their own registration form. However, if someone else is covering your class fees, specify the name of the organization paying for your class(es) in the Organization Paying for the Class & Attendee Names section of your form.
